Vission

Fostering an inclusive environment that upholds the ideals and morals as an Aduana, encourages an interactive PSCAS in which all voices are acknowledged, and to become a standardized organization of Customs Administration students driven by professional and competent individuals.

Mission

Pledging to impact Aduanas' lives and the community of PSCAS for the better over the long term. Mainly composed of students with ambitions who get together to learn from and encourage one another to set and realize their aspirations for a more fulfilling and prosperous society.

Goal

 Our aim is to provide our fellow Customs Administration students as part of our commitment to give them avenues for active social engagement such as: 

​

1. To empower the students as they transition from involvement to productivity so they can rise to leadership positions. 

​

2. To solve myriad challenges and enforce a climate that encourages motivation, commitment and comfort among them. 

​

3. Enrich a human management approach that cultivates a high degree of connections with other student body organizations to strengthen the relationship of both the university and its surrounding communities. 

​

4. To create endless possibilities that would foster understanding and harmony, to assist and strengthen their competence and performance productivity as members of the department, their communities and professions in the future. 

​

5. To build welfare services to the student's community which are sustainable, efficient and effective in meeting the needs of all the members in the university. 

Objectives

1. To boost students' involvement in the PSCAS and School Community at large (academic, student life, co-curricular activities) 

​

2. To develop students' capacity to link ideas from different fields, showing that they have the power of comprehension of how knowledge is converged and diverged. 

​

3. To undertake various initiatives and tasks that showcase the student’s capacity, knowledge, and skills to uphold and advance their moral beliefs and ideals. 

​

4. Offer a space where each student can express their concerns, and to establish a functional platform where students can confidently display their abilities and qualities. 

​

5. To complement the use of organizational resources with cost-effective and efficient innovative solutions in support of the department’s intent and scheme. 

Seal and Emblem

The seal and emblem of the association shall be one that contains the inscription of the organization's title which surrounds a circle drawn in the center a setting sun beyond a horizon which represents that the organization together with the customs administration students are bound by the Customs Brokers Code of Ethical Standards. As approved and adopted by the PSCAS Officers and shall be kept at its office at the University of Cebu - Lapulapu Mandaue Campus Chapter.
